Insights into everyday working life and “trying out” different jobs are absolutely necessary for young people to decide on what type of employment they will strive for or what training to choose. During their university studies such insights are important so they can apply theory practically and fortify their knowledge.

Beluga Shipping GmbH supports young people in making important decisions on their future career. For this reason it enables pupils to carry out internships in all company departments. As a rule, these internships for schools should run for a period of two to three weeks.

Students in relevant departments, too, can gain practical experience at the Beluga Group. They can complete their necessary practical semesters or work during semester breaks in one or more of the company’s approximately 30 different departments. The regular practical semesters run for a period of five to six months.
